MISSION PARTNERS
The Hub and Mission Church are committed to help build a better Memphis and beyond through our Serve Local and Serve Global partnerships.
ASHA'S REFUGE
Asha's refuge has a heart to help fill the gaps disadvantaged and vulnerable refugees experience in their resettlement process. Many of the refugees they serve have a disability, an illness, are elderly, are parents with multiple children, are preschoolers in need of an educational head start, are uneducated, have no job skills, do not speak English, are young adults at risk for human trafficking or other crimes, are single parents, or are widows. Refugees facing these challenges often take longer to achieve successful resettlement, and that's where Asha's Refuge comes in.
Memphis Union Mission
The Memphis Union Mission ministers to the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of men, women, and children who are homeless, addicted, and in crisis, helping them to become disciples of Christ and self-sufficient members of the community. On the fourth Sunday of every month, Mission Church sponsors a meal and worship for the men of the Memphis Union Mission, and we need people to help cook, prepare, and serve the food.
Su Casa Family Ministries
Su Casa Family Ministries welcomes the stranger, bridging the gap between first generation Hispanic immigrants and resident Memphians. They identify the felt and actual needs of the community and recruit volunteers to engage those needs and minister through teaching and caring for both adults and children, helping them to thrive in the new culture and calling on them to be good neighbors.
